Ghirardelli Chocolate Miniature San Francisco Skyline Display

Ghirardelli Chocolate delivered over a hundred pounds of chocolate to me this week to create this chocolate display for their Fancy Food Show after-party. I had to unwrap A LOT all of their iconic mini chocolate squares to create this San Francisco skyline. But it was worth it and so much fun. It should be on display for a while at the Market Place in Ghirardelli Square.
